FIELDS OF APPLICATION

VORMIOL® EM is a highly effective separating agent concentrate for producing exposed concrete surfaces in wooden, metal or plastic formwork and moulds.

VORMIOL® EM adheres very well to the formwork and is therefore especially suitable for vertical applications.

VORMIOL® EM allows an easy stripping of and enables the production of high quality concrete surfaces with reduces blowholes, pores and spots.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

VORMIOL® EM works chemically/physically and generates an excellent separating effect. The reduced adhesion between concrete and formwork minimises both damages on the produced concrete and on the formworks.

VORMIOL® EM contains anti-corrosive additives which decrease the corrosion risk on steel moulds and allow an extended usage period of them.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Diluted with water in the ratio 1:3, the recommended quantity is 15 – 40 g/m².
